The features of Huaxing Oxygen Lance Nozzle 

 

The oxygen lance nozzle uses the TU1 high purity oxygen free copper as copper material, Cu+Ag≥99.97% with excellent electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity.

 

The end face and oxygen injection hole column of the oxygen lance nozzle are formed by integral forging and forming technology. The tensile strength of the material is σ≥275MPa. And the forging copper material has high density and no casting defects such as porosity, loose and slag inclusion and so on. During the using process, it is not easy to produce "hydrogen disease", and has stronger thermal shock resistance and corrosion resistance properties.

 

The nozzle adopts advanced welding technology such as special welding, good sealing, safe and reliable. There is no joint weld in the thermal influence zone of the end, which avoids the leakage of the nozzle under the bad working condition of temperature above 2000 ℃ in the converter pool reaction zone and improves safety factor.

 

The inner and outer surfaces of oxygen lance nozzle are machined in CNC with high surface processing accuracy, uniform and smooth inner wall, reducing the pressure loss of the cooling water in the nozzle cavity. Combined with the design of the flow guiding plate, the flow is evenly distributed and the cooling at the nozzle end central is strengthened, which improves the cooling efficiency of the nozzle and meets the requirement of safe use for a longer time.
